How do I create an account?

Click on the "Sign Up" button in the top navigation bar. Fill in your details including name, email, and password. After registration, you'll receive a confirmation email to verify your account.

How do I add tools to my favorites?

Navigate to any AI tool page and click the heart icon. You must be logged in to add favorites. Access all your favorites from your dashboard or the favorites page.

How do I leave a review?

Visit the tool's detail page, scroll to the reviews section, and click "Write a Review". Rate the tool from 1-5 stars and optionally add a written review. Reviews are subject to moderation.

Is Baseinsider free to use?

Yes, Baseinsider is completely free for users. You can browse tools, read reviews, create an account, save favorites, and write reviews without any cost.

How can I submit a new AI tool?

Please contact us through our contact page with details about the AI tool you'd like to suggest. Our team will review and add eligible tools to the directory.

How do I reset my password?

Click on "Forgot Password" on the login page. Enter your email address and we'll send you a password reset link. Follow the instructions in the email to set a new password.
